MC93 Reader Scanner

The MC93 of V.I.P.S. France is intended for the automatic recto/verso image capture of cheques or document batchs.

Its nominal throughput speeds for cheque size documents is 3,500 or 5,500 docs/hr. depending on the machine type MC93.1 or MC93.2. The documents are transported at a speed of 1 meter per second.

The documents are securely transported between two belts.
All turning parts use high quality ball-bearings.
ELECTRONICS  
A net of micro-processors supervises the different functions of the machine. A serial asynchronus RS 232C and a video interface are used for the connection between the scanner and the PCI bus equipped Pentium 133 (minimum) controller.
COMMAND WORDS
Simple command and status words are exchanged through the RS 232 interface to control the different machine functions
The drivers ( such as .DLL files ) are available as an option.

The machine can also accept sets of mixed size documents as long as the difference in length does not exceed 40 mm and a maximum in paper weight of ( 15 gr/m²).
